Attend this upcoming Lagoon Home Residents Meeting,

you care,
you want ‘true security’ for yourself, your loved ones etc.,
you want a harmony living environment, and
you want to be able to identify who your neighbours are and who are the real strangers!
“OR”
Do you prefer to always be the last person asking,
“What’s going on with my residential area?”
“How come I don’t know about this?”
“I have an issue who should I go to?”

It is of Lagoon Home (Temporary) Committee’s concern and thence a note of sincere advice to all its residents, you are strongly NOT recommended to engage with any security companies personally to avoid possible scam and to ensure receiving of value worth and reliable services.
Prior to an official subscription to a security company, it is a MUST to clearly understand the company’s profile and range of services it offers. Legal documentation must be executed rather than verbal agreement or few pieces of paperwork.
The Lagoon Home (Temporary) Committee hereby invites all Lagoon Home residents to attend this urgent meeting for discussion of the above highlighted concerns. You are most welcome and indeed encouraged bringing up any issues that you would like to talk about.

REMEMBER, we all share the same ultimate goal:
