Common Lagoon Home Defects

Dear All,

From the last poll survey, about 44 feedbacks was received (Many THANKs). Presented below is the outcome of our common defects in typical Lagoon Homes (Type A,B, or C). This is a good "feel" and guide for Lagoon home people what to expect out of our RM320k ++ house that we have bought. Seems that number one defects is Cracks, follow by parquet/tiles problems (Click on the chart to have a clearer view, as it is made from Excel)

It maybe good also for GAMUDA to take note of this survey results.

Lagoon Homes Residences Committee

Dear Lagoon Homes Residences,

Please to inform that we have had our first informal meeting(more to gathering session) on behalf of the Lagoon Homes Committee. This meeting was held in quite a short-lead period as to urgently discuss about the lagoon homes security guarded issue.

As per agreement from all the meeting attendees, we will like to urge all the current already-moved-in lagoon homes residences NOT to make any decision on agreeing any of the security guard companies which approaching to them asking for registration or payment(so far is ASAS as heard). We have appointed Kelvin(thanks Kelvin!) to print out notification fliers to all the lagoon homes residences associating this, as well as Foong, Phang, Pang, Pun, Micheal, MM, Fred... to alert their nearby neighbors.

However, we planned to setup a formal lagoon homes committee after all the residences moved in and by that time we will have a meeting to vote for our most favour security guard company and to discuss other issues like gated community.

- Discussed not to register any of the security guard company that approaching to current moved in lagoon homes residences.
- Elected CK Teng to be temporary committee's chairman.
- Kelvin to print out fliers for distribution to all lagoon homes
- Foong, Phang, Pang, Micheal, MM, Pun, Fred... to notify neighbors about this discussions.
- Vincent to create post regarding the lagoon homes committee meeting.
