Security and Safety in Lagoon Area

Lagoon committee is working on the following actions to prevent and minimize the risk at our area:-

1. Asking for 7pm - 7am security guard service. We will have discussion
soon(27th June 3.00pm @ PPKK Office [2nd round around about above post office]) to make a progress. We need all your support and advice to make this proposal work.

2. Fencing at all the backyard. We are dealing 2 ways:-
A. Seeking approval from MBSA for standard backyard fencing approval
B. Asking for Backyard fencing quotation. Residents required to share the
cost and each unit of house will have a key for backyard fencing.

3. Appointing Road and Block Rep. This is to ensure efficient communication
among lagooners. We would appreciate if you can share this info with your
neighbour that have no email access.

4. Seeking MBSA to construct hump and speed breaker ( those yellow line) at the
Lagoon Main Entrance ( Cross Junction)
