I'm new here. Just to share with you some problems that i've encountered. When I did my defect check sometime ago, i found that my entire masterbedroom parquet floor was spoilt. The developer told me it's due to the workers not closing the windows during construction. I bought the explanation and went on when they promised me to change the flooring.
Sometime 2 weeks ago, i met up with house owner # 15. He already moved in and told me that his masterroom got water leakage after a heavy downpour. His cabinets, aircons and bed all spoilt due to that. He logged a complain letter to developer and cced some owners he knew.
I went up the room and saw the problem myself. The drainage pipes was blocked and stucked with all algaes, causing it to overflow to my masterroom. The developer came and change my drainage pipes without informing me because i was cced in the complain letter. Luckly my contractors were there doing my renovation informed me.
Anyways, just a notice for you guys to checked the problem earlier before moving in. I've attached some pictures i took from my roof. Hope this helps! :)
