Bulk Purchase for Electrical Items

Hi all,

Since we will move in our Lagoon Homes round the corner, anyone of u are interested to do bulk purchase of the electrical appliance? I have the following suppliers contact and can get better discounted price if we purchase in bulk.

a) Daikin Inverter Aircon

1. Foong (1 no. 1hp, 1.5hp and 2hp)

Lagoon Homes Facilities

I managed to pay a visit to Lagoon Homes last week ... using back door. Hehe!
I noticed that most of the facilities, such as playground and courts, was 70-80% completed.

Based on my observation, here is the plan i draft. Hope this illustration give you an idea of the plan ...

(A) Basketball Court ... (my favourite!!) Anyone join me for a game?

(B) Path way around the playground

(C) Court and Playground ... Not sure what court is this!??

(D) Combination of Badminton and Sepak Takraw court

(E) On my way back to my house ... View from the road between 3rd and 4th row houses from highway

Defects Inspection

Hi,

Just share with u all the defects i noticed:

Cracklines at Brickwall Fencing

Gap in between Half Round Drain

Better check all locks properly, almost 70% got defects

Hollow Parquet

Cracklines at Balcony Area

Uneven Surface on Wooden Block

Anyway, i haven't check the piping and roofing yet.

My VP Experience on 20 June 2008

The following are the procedures to collect the key from Gamuda:

1) Pay the outstanding balance and get the clearance letter from Gamuda's sales office
2) Go to Gamuda's maintenance office (opposite McD) to get your key, u will get a defects form too
3) Go to yr house and wait for Gamuda's guy for joint inspection
4) U can inspect the defects anytime u 1 after getting yr key, but better inspect asap and pass the defects form to Gamuda's maintenance office for their further action.

Lebuhraya Kemuning-Shah Alam(LKSA)

Just in case you're wondering like me where is the new highway.

Shah Alam-Kemuning Highway / Lebuhraya Kemuning-Shah Alam(LKSA)
It connects Bulatan Darul Ehsan interchange in Shah Alam until Kemuning interchange near Shah Alam Expressway.

The construction was started on September 2007. This expressway is expected to be completed on 2009. - wikipedia
